Arrived on site client stated he would like to have his laundry sink replaced because his current one was leaking. Gave options for a similar pull down spray faucet vs a standard laundry sink faucet. Client would like to just replace it with the standard laundry sink faucet for today. When done we tested for leaks and there are none at this time.

Arrived on site client stated that they had a back up out of the shower when using water in the home but it resolved itself. Upon arrival I ran water in the home to make sure that there was no longer a back up. Checked the cleanout at the street and saw water flowing. Collected the visual diagnostic for today.

Main line clog could potentially be frozen, collapsed pipe or both. Main sewer appears to be less than 3 ft underground which has a high risk of it freezing. There is also sand coming out of the shower upstairs which is what my cable could have been getting caught on.

Arrived on site client stated that they had another pipe burst in the crawlspace and thinks it could potentially be on our repair from last week. Upon inspection client had two separate pipe bursts in two different spots that was not on our repair last time. Today we replaced those pipe breaks and turned the water back on to test for leaks. There are no leaks at this time.

Arrived on site clients stated he has a clogged toilet in the home. Client stated that this has happened a couple times before. Recommended a ne toilet or to just auger the toilet today. Let client know that we can credit half of the cost to auger towards a new toilet if it happens again within the next 30 days. When done I flushed the toilet multiple times to make sure it was flushing properly. Toilet is flushing as it should at this time.

Arrived to the home, some series of events have happened as to why our plumbing company has been called out here. The home has a hydronic heating system with many zones, home is located right on the water. Client states that the whole house has froze due to the heating system not working. Our partner HVAC company is on site fixing the heating system. The water main is currently off to the home and due to how long their was no heat, there could potentially be breaks on the water distribution line in the walls, on the baseboard, and in the crawlspace. Our partner HVAC company was able to get at least the heating system for the first floor working at this time and are returning tomorrow to get the other heat up and running. I have requested to have our team leader to come out to further evaluate any damages, pipe breaks, or baseboard breaks. We will be returning tomorrow morning between 7:30 and 11:30 to go over the scope of the work. No dispatch collected today due to the rescheduling

Arrived to the home, client would like us out just to do an assessment and to have some questions answered about their homes plumbing. After speaking to the client and putting a lot of their worries at ease, they would like to join the MyGuy Plumbing membership. Client stated that whenever it gets really cold, the kitchen and just the downstairs powder room water pipes freeze, the water distribution piping is ran in pex throughout the home. When I arrived, there are no freeze ups at this time. Client is now a member.

Arrived in site customer stated that they would like their tankless serviced. After inspecting unit. We found that this is the customers summer home but they had renters who come down and use the home so the unit is being used more then 6 months out of the year. Myguy plumbing gave customer options to flush the tankless. After the flushing was completed, MyGuy plumbing cleaned out filters and made sure everything is working as should. At this time everything is working as should no issues

Arrived back to the home, we had supplied and installed a Flo by Moen for the client. At the time of that install, there is an electrical outlet that did not work. The technician on site explain to the client that the electrical needs to be working in order for the Flo by Moen to work correctly and to allow the heat tape to keep the pipes from freezing. The plastic union connection had froze and broke causing a leak above the device. We have reached out to Moen on the customer’s behalf, the manufacturer states that they do not sell those parts separately and we would need to purchase a whole brand new device and replace the broken one. After speaking to the owner of MyGuy Plumbing, he advised that we will need to charge to replace the device, or if the client would like to purchase their own and have us come back and install it as a one time curtesy. Client has declined both services at this time.

Arrived on site client stated something broke in her toilet tank and want sure what it was. Upon inspection I found that the toilet handle rod broke off. Gave multiple different options and client stated she just wants to be able to flush her toilet again. Replaced toilet handle and toilet is flushing as it should.
