Arrived to the home, customer has stated that while they were away at their other home up north, the gas company had called stating they were going to replace the gas meter. After inspection of gas piping from the gas company, they stated a leak on the 1in piping going through the block wall into the home and have pinned the meter. I read what the gas company had stated that the piping through the block needs to be replaced. I went into the crawlspace and saw that all the gas piping appears to be in good shape, except the penetration through the block wall. I provided options to the client and they would like to go through with the work. Cut out damaged gas piping from meter going through the home foundation. Supplied and installed new gas piping from the meter into the home. Secured all my connections. Connected the piping using mega press coupling. Client has called the gas company to remove lock from meter. While on site, gas company came out and removed lock from meter. There are
Performed annual maintenance on domestic side. Descaled heat exchangers and cleaned out all filters on unit. Discussed with homeowner that we can do this again in approx 2 years since no one lives in this house and their are only occupants a few months out of the year. Contacted manufacturer to document that service was done.
Annual service on Navien Tankless combi boiler in Lavallete, NJ
Upon arrival customer explained concerns for a leak in her crawls space. During inspection we came across 8 shut offs that we recommend to replace due to them being seized. We also found that the supplies under the kitchen sink were garden hoses clamped onto copper, due to this it is recommended to be replaced properly piped. Customer also requested price for new hose bib installation at the front of the house. Built estimates and customer would like to move forward with recommendations, fixed leak in the crawl today and customer will contact us when ready to get work done. Customer would also like to have a tech out to give prices for plumbing related tasks with her bathroom remodel.
Customer stated that had a leak on their outdoor sink. After inspecting we found that the shutoff valve for the cold side was leaking. While inspecting we also found that customer has a S trap. Myguy plumbing gave options to rectify all issues. After all work was completed MyGuy plumbing tested for leaks and everything is working as should.
