After a very through evaluation and inspection of the homes plumbing only issue I have located is a minor code violation under the kitchen sink, being as that there is no vent under the sink. I will leave estimate to add a vent under the sink. I also cleaned the pop up assembly under the lave sink for the client. Client requested to have their outdoor rinse station winterized for the season. Located shut off valves and boiler drain valve under the home. Introduced pressurized air to blow out the system. With all the water out, I next disconnected the shower head and drain plug for the client and left them on site.
