Arrived on site customer stated that both bathrooms on the first floor are not working properly and she’s hearing a weird sound from the shower. I then investigate both clean outs first clean out at the curb is dry so checked clean out at house full to the top with water I then snaked main line clean out with 5/8 machine sent about 13ft to open line open after about 25 mins of play with spot back and forth the water dropped and so did all of the fixtures inside two toilets and shower when water went down I can see what looks like a saddle on top of pipe it’s not properly done right ran the camera and it looks like asbestos pipe and it’s being chocked off and that’s why the toilet paper is getting stuck and clogging the line the line need to be replaced from clean out to clean also in the middle of the road there is a belly but clog wasn’t that far made it 60 ft to the town main
