Devin Anderson of my guy plumbing came to review, address and fixed our issue. We had a leak from our shower that was causing a bible and leak in our living room ceiling. Devin had identified the issue and quickly resolved it. Everything was explained clearly, went through pricing upfront and performed everything quickly and cleaned up any materials. Arrived on site the customer stated the she wanted another estimate for the sewer repair there is a crack in the sewer line at 15ft she was given a price of 16,000 to repair this with a liner and repipe the basement to remove house trap I took a bunch of pictures of the layout and area outside there is a cleanout on the left side of the house . Ph- 7.4 Pressure- 65psi Leak under kitchen sink Upon arrival, customer stated there was a leak underneath the kitchen sink. After an in-depth evaluation, the following has been determined: *A leak underneath the kitchen sink has been located * the leak is coming from a cracked ABS fitting connected to the drainage for the kitchen sink * the trap configuration needs to be replaced The failed ABS trap has been replaced with a new inch and a half PVC trap and a new, no hub Fernco. All new components and connections have been tested and are operating as intended by the manufacturer.
