The guys were nice and did a good job with repairing the leaks. However, low water pressure was one of the reasons I called, which was never addressed. I still have low water pressure. They cut 2 gigantic holes in the sheetrock wall and took out some tiles in the shower wall which left 3 huge open gaps. They should have put something temporary there, like a piece of plastic or something to prevent the water from the shower from going into the hole in the wall. For the amount I paid of over $2000.00, I'm not happy or satisfied.

Customer stated that they would like their washing machine valves replaced. After inspecting we wrote up options to rectify the washing machine valves along with what we found inside the home. For today customer would just like options emailed over to them.
Arrived on site customer stated that they see water under their dishwasher. After inspecting we found that it appears that the pump is leaking on the dishwasher . Customer also stated that they had a running toilet. After inspecting due to the age of the toilet Myguy plumbing gave customer options to replace toilet supplied by Myguy, or install a customer supplied toilet. All options were emailed over to customer
Arrived to the home, customer has requested we put the water heater on vacation mode for the next few months, this water heater in particular does not have a vacation mode, so I dialed down the thermostat to a much lower setting. With the water heaters power turned back on, the water heater is not ready for the season. I also shut off the water to the home as per the client and relieved the pressure in the system and left all taps on at this time.

Arrived on site client stated she had a leak under kitchen sink. Upon inspection the basket strainer seems to be the cause of the leak . Replaced basket strainer and tested for leaks after with hot water. There are no leaks at this time. Client has 6 months parts and labor warranty.

Arrived to the home, customer has a pinhole leak on their copper water supply for the bathroom group above, home is on a well. Location of the pinhole is right inbetween multiple fittings so a minor repipe is needed. I also saw many shark bites on the piping as well. I provided different options to remove just the pinhole or remove all the shark bites within that section of the piping. Customer had seen a free ad on the internet for a free in home estimate, I am honoring that ad for the customer for today.

Arrived on site to complete customers annual home inspection, after inspection we wrote up options to get what we found rectified, for today customer would like all options emailed over to them.
We had recently had preformed an annual plumbing inspection, at the time of inspection I replaced the washing machine valves, also tightened tubular connection under kitchen sink. We arrived because client thought there was a leak under their kitchen sink, after a thorough evaluation I discovered is actually coming from the deck plate of the faucet. If water touches the faucet it leaks from underneath. For today I placed caulking around all the trim and deck plates to insure a water tight seal. I advised to the client if it keeps leaking replacement of faucet would be recommended. If client calls back to replace faucets I will credit today’s diagnostic fee towards the work. I caulked around bathroom faucet as well as per the client.
