The guys were nice and did a good job with repairing the leaks. However, low water pressure was one of the reasons I called, which was never addressed. I still have low water pressure. They cut 2 gigantic holes in the sheetrock wall and took out some tiles in the shower wall which left 3 huge open gaps. They should have put something temporary there, like a piece of plastic or something to prevent the water from the shower from going into the hole in the wall. For the amount I paid of over $2000.00, I'm not happy or satisfied.

Arrived to the home for no hot water, after a very through evaluation, I discovered that the cause of this is due to a massive leak under the trailer on the hot side of the PolyB piping. We have been here many times for the exact reason. I mad the appropriate repairs and there is no more leaks at this time. I will leave an estimate to remove all the PolyB piping under trailer.
Arrived on site customer stated that they have a leak underneath the kitchen sink, they would like to remove ro system, and replace tub shoe and overflow trim. Found that the leak was coming from the dishwasher tailpiece and we will have to replace the trap as well due to the ro system being tied into it. Gave options and customer would like to get everything done today. Replaced tub trim, trap, dishwasher tailpiece, and removed to system. Tested all work and everything appears to be in working order and there appears to be no leaks at this time. Collected payment.

Customer stated that they could not get the trim on for their shower. After inspecting we found that customer needs MOEN EXTENSION KIT 96945. Myguy plumbing wrote up estimates to get shower trim rectified. For today customer would like options emailed over to them
Arrived to the home, client has a washing machine valve that is leaking and would like them replaced. I also discovered that the was a laundry sink next to the washer that there were shut off valves with no handles. I provided options and client would like to replace all the valves. Shut off water to the home and drained the system. Unsoldered all valves. Prepped the piping for new install. Supplied and installed new quarter turn washing machine valves and angle stop valves for the sink. Secured all my connections and turned the water back on to check for leaks. There are no leaks at this time. *While on site, client asked if we could move the washer and dryer to the other room which is the garage, both myself and my apprentice moved them as a one time curtesy.

A few weeks ago we had cut out and removed a damaged PolyB line, we arrived today due to the client stating something is still leaking under the trailer. The first repair was made on the cold riser for the kitchen sink, today’s leak is is a different spot under the trailer but this time on the hot side. I provided an options for repair and client would like to go through with the repair. Cut vapor barrier to access the piping. Cut out damaged PolyB line under the trailer. Adapted to PolyB using sharkbite couplings. Secured my connections and turned the water back on to check for leaks. There are no leaks at this time. *Client is aware that MyGuy plumbing can not offer a warranty due to the integrity of the PolyB piping. *The leak found today was located between the floor joists and the duct work, it appears that the leak was caused by the piping rubbing up against the duct work, that is just a theory at this time. *I will leave an estimate to replace all the PolyB under the trailer.

Arrived on site to kitchen clog call and client stated their kitchen sink was backed up. Client has slight bellies in the kitchen piping in the crawlspace. Still left options to hydro jet and snake but client would not like to move forward at this time.
Arrived on site customer currently has a tanked power vent water heater and would like to have it replaced with a Rinnai tankless they will be supplying. Performed Upon inspection found that we will be removing existing tank, hanging new unit on back wall and running all piping in pex pipe, we will be installing a new gas line at the beginning of the run off the 1-1/4 black pipe and running a 1” csst gas line that will penetrate through the wall the tankless is on and we will be hard piping the gas line to the unit, the exhaust for the unit will be tied into existing piping used for the power vent, the air intake will be piped to outside the home above the garage and stubbed down through the soffit, customer already has existing outlet for power, and the condensate drain will be ran the the existing 3” floor drain in the utility room. Arrived on site customer stated that there toilet is not flushing right and rocking. Upon inspection found that the fill valve is not filling properly and the toilet flapper is leaking. Customer interested in a new toilet white right height round front. Collected $100 down deposit and will be returning Friday to perform work. Made customer aware that because of the rocking the toilet flange may be damaged and will need to be replaced in order to install the new toilet.
Arrived on site installed new circulator pump, wire harness, fuse, repiped exhaust and replace exhaust vent collar. Tested all work and customer now has hot water and heat. There appears to be no leaks or issues at this time.
Arrived to the home, client is looking for estimates for removal of appliances and reinstalling them after the flooring is put in. I provided options for the client which includes a membership as well. Client would like to go over the estimates given and will call us back with their decision. If customer would like to go through with the removal, I will credit today’s diagnostic fee towards the cost of the work.
Arrived on site customer stated that the temp on the water heater is too low and it is currently set to hot which is approximately 120 degrees we do not recommend going higher in temp due to the possibility of someone getting scolded customer insisted so I stated that we can turn it up but I the technician and MyGuy plumbing will not be held liable if someone were to get scolded and burned and by Teri Kraft signing this document she takes full responsibility and understands that she herself is liable if anyone or herself is to get scolded or burned by the water. Slightly increased temp to approximately 125 degrees and had customer check for themselves and they are ok with the new temperature. Customer also is having issues with the toilet flushing it appears something had gotten flushed down the toilet or there is a soft partial blockage not allowing the toilet to flush properly and the toilet is also original to the home so all the jets are clogged with calcium build up making the eff
