The guys were nice and did a good job with repairing the leaks. However, low water pressure was one of the reasons I called, which was never addressed. I still have low water pressure. They cut 2 gigantic holes in the sheetrock wall and took out some tiles in the shower wall which left 3 huge open gaps. They should have put something temporary there, like a piece of plastic or something to prevent the water from the shower from going into the hole in the wall. For the amount I paid of over $2000.00, I'm not happy or satisfied.

Repaired shower valves, repaired toilet in Manchester, Nj
Arrived to the home, client has two issues they would like addressed, more urgent issue is the existing price pfister three handle shower valve will not turn off, other issue is a very slowly filling toilet. The toilet is extremely old and the flush valve assembly and flapper for it is discontinued, the issue with it is the fill valve has failed. I provided options for repairs and client would like to go through with the work quoted. Turned off water to the trailer. Disconnected and removed existing stem units and seats from the shower valve. Last weekend we arrived to the trailer for no hot water, existing water heater is only about a year old. At the time of that service, I discovered that the reason for the water heater not producing hot water was due to a leak on the PolyB water pipe on the hot side, this was on Saturday. Client states that after that repair was made they had plenty of hot water for a few days after the repair was made. Client then advised me that they woke up one day and the breaker at the panel had tripped and they haven’t had hot water since. I used my multimeter to first determine continuity on both upper and lower thermostats and elements. I have continuity on both, resistance states around 14 on both elements and 0 for both thermostats. I next check if the wire nuts were loose and they are fine. Lastly, I checked with the breaker on if the top wires going to the upper thermostat is reading 240 AC and there is no power going to the top thermostat terminal, this is indicating a breaker/wiring issue.
Disconnected and capped of gas line for the stove. Disconnected water lines for washer. Disconnected dryer vent for dryer. Shut of ice maker valve and disconnected the copper tubing. There are no leaks anywhere at this time. *We are returning tomorrow for the reconnect of appliances.
Arrived to the home, client has a new slide in cook top they would like us to install. After measuring dimensions and depth, the opening for the stove on the granite is 35in while the new cook top is 36in, also the cabinet would need to be cut down as well to fit the opening. Without cutting the granite and cabinet, it is not possible to install the cook top, client is aware of this issue.

Arrived to the home, client had a really bad leak coming from their upstairs bathroom group. The ceiling had already been cut open so I can see all the piping. Disconnected existing tub spout for client. Supplied and installed new Tub spout in its place. Secured all my connections and turned the shower on and diverted it to check for leaks. Arrived on site client stated he had a leak under the sink. Upon inspection the basket strainer was completely disconnected from the sink. Arrived on site customer stated that they had a leak underneath the home and isolated it by shutting the water off. Upon inspection found that a 1/2” hot line on the pb piping has failed and will need to be replaced. Gave options and told customer possible issues with keeping pb in the home and the risks that they are taking by not removing it. Customer stated that they do not have the money to repipe the home and just would like to repair the line. Repaired the line with pb couplings but there is no warranty on repair due to the piping being pb and customer was ok with no warranty. Made repair and tested all work and everything appears to be in working order and there appear to be no leaks at this time. Collected payment. Recommend customer remove wet insulation and put in new dry insulation and cover piping to prevent freeze breaks. We are not liable for any freeze breaks that could potentially occur.
Repaired burst pipe underneath home in Manchester nj
Arrived to the home for no hot water, after a very through evaluation, I discovered that the cause of this is due to a massive leak under the trailer on the hot side of the PolyB piping. We have been here many times for the exact reason. I mad the appropriate repairs and there is no more leaks at this time. I will leave an estimate to remove all the PolyB piping under trailer.
