The guys were nice and did a good job with repairing the leaks. However, low water pressure was one of the reasons I called, which was never addressed. I still have low water pressure. They cut 2 gigantic holes in the sheetrock wall and took out some tiles in the shower wall which left 3 huge open gaps. They should have put something temporary there, like a piece of plastic or something to prevent the water from the shower from going into the hole in the wall. For the amount I paid of over $2000.00, I'm not happy or satisfied.

Arrived on site customer stated that they had a couple of issues. They have a leak under there lav sink and a leak in the crawlspace. After inspecting we found that the shutoff valves and faucet are leaking. And in the crawlspace customer has a pinhole leak on a copper line, MyGuy plumbing wrote up estimates to get what we found rectified. Customer would like to move forward with all work. After work was completed, MyGuy plumbing turned the water back on to the home and tested for leaks. At this time there are no leaks found everything is working as should. Customer was interested in repiping some water lines. When customer is ready Myguy plumbing will send water line specialist out to give a proper estimate.
Arrived to the trailer for water coming out from under the apron and skirt of the trailer. After removing a few panels a discovered a pinhole leak in the PolyB water distribution piping close to where MyGuy plumbing has made repairs in the past. After providing options for the client, they would like to go through with the appropriate repairs needed. Shut off water to the trailer. Cut out and removed PolyB and pinhole. Adapted to existing PolyB using sharkbite fitting. Secured all my connections and turned the water back on to check for leaks. There are no leaks at this time. *Customer is aware that MyGuy Plumbing can not provide any warranty on the sharkbite fitting needed to make the repairs due to the quality of the PolyB piping that is ran throughout the home. Customer is aware.
Arrived to the home, water to the trailer is currently off at this time. Client states active water leak under the trailer. I turned the trailer on and discovered that the PolyB tee fitting has a split resulting in the leak. I provided options for repair and customer would like to go through with the work quoted. Cut out PolyB tee fitting. Adapted existing PolyB pipe using sharkbite connectors. Secured all my connections and turned the water back on to check for leaks. There are no leaks at this time. *Customer is aware that due to the quality of the PolyB piping, MyGuy Plumbing can not provide any warranty on the sharkbite connectors used to make the appropriate repairs.

Pipe repair on 3/8 copper arrived to home for leaking pipe. Upon inspection found line to toilet leaking. MyGuy replace line to toilet and adapted as necessary. Tested for leaks there are none at this time. Need to come back after hooking up water and stopping leak, there is no water to toilet
Arrived on site to complete customers annual home inspection. After inspection Myguy plumbing wrote up estimates to get what we found on the home inspection rectified for today customer would just like to have hallway toilet rebuilt. After Myguy plumbing performed a minor rebuild on the toiler Myguy plumbing tested for leaks. At this time their are no leaks everything is working as should. Myguy plumbing left estimates for other issues.
Customer stated that they would like their washing machine valves replaced. After inspecting we wrote up options to rectify the washing machine valves along with what we found inside the home. For today customer would just like options emailed over to them.
Arrived on site customer stated that they see water under their dishwasher. After inspecting we found that it appears that the pump is leaking on the dishwasher . Customer also stated that they had a running toilet. After inspecting due to the age of the toilet Myguy plumbing gave customer options to replace toilet supplied by Myguy, or install a customer supplied toilet. All options were emailed over to customer
Arrived to the home, customer has requested we put the water heater on vacation mode for the next few months, this water heater in particular does not have a vacation mode, so I dialed down the thermostat to a much lower setting. With the water heaters power turned back on, the water heater is not ready for the season. I also shut off the water to the home as per the client and relieved the pressure in the system and left all taps on at this time.

Arrived on site client stated she had a leak under kitchen sink. Upon inspection the basket strainer seems to be the cause of the leak . Replaced basket strainer and tested for leaks after with hot water. There are no leaks at this time. Client has 6 months parts and labor warranty.
