The guys were nice and did a good job with repairing the leaks. However, low water pressure was one of the reasons I called, which was never addressed. I still have low water pressure. They cut 2 gigantic holes in the sheetrock wall and took out some tiles in the shower wall which left 3 huge open gaps. They should have put something temporary there, like a piece of plastic or something to prevent the water from the shower from going into the hole in the wall. For the amount I paid of over $2000.00, I'm not happy or satisfied.

Hardness 5 PH 7.4 Chlorine .5ppm Pressure 50psi Annual plumbing inspection completed. Throughout the years we have made many repairs on the home, only real issue i can locate is the existing washing machine valves are original to the home and won’t turn. I provided an option to replace the valves as well as flush the existing water heater. Disconnected and removed existing washing machine valves from the home. Supplied and installed new valves in the same location. Secured my connections and turned the water back on to check for leaks. There are no leaks at this time. Annual maintenance flush on the existing electric water heater completed as well.

Arrived on site we sprayed tested the gas line their are no leaks everything is working as should no issues.
Arrived on site customer stated that they have two clogged toilets upon inspection found that only the toilets are clogged gave options to auger and customer would like to move forward. As courtesy snaked hallway toilet free of charge. Cleared both stoppages and tested work and everything appears to be in working order. It appeared to be hard stool causing stoppages.
Arrived to home for running toilet. Upon inspection found brand new American standard champion that would run constantly according to customer. Dye tab toilet but seal is holding. Have had multiple issues with this model toilet in the past. Recommend replacement with toilet that has traditional flapper. Can perform a major rebuild. Customer had faucet on site for laundry sink but the plate was too long to sit flush and don’t recommend install of that faucet. Main shut off is a gate valve and explain to customer why we recommend replacement. Collected 59 will credit
Upon arrival customer explained that they would like to have their Noritz tankless water heater serviced and descaled due to rust color in water. The unit was installed three years ago. Customer is on well water, explained that due to the water quality typically found in well systems it is recommended to descale unit. Well systems filtration was swapped 3-4 months ago. Provided estimates to customer to descale and service unit. Customer approved work. As part of the descaling we removed and cleaned air filter and water filter. As well as cleaned unit. All work was tested for leaks and proper function. There are no leaks and all work is functioning properly at this time.

Arrived on site customer stated that they had a few issues going on. Upon inspection found that the toilet is running and needs a minor rebuild, which includes toilet flapper, fill valve, and new supply line. Customer would like to have kitchen faucet replaced with faucet that they had purchased. They also noticed a leak underneath the kitchen sink when removing all the cleaning products and found that the basket strainer is leaking as well. Gave options and customer would like to move forward with everything with membership. Performed all work stated above and everything appears to be in working order and there appears to be no leaks at this time. Collected payment. Gave $100 discount for free flapper replacement covered under membership program.
Arrived on site customer stated that they have no heat. On previous visit found that the power wire for the relay box was loose, trimmed wiring and put back in place and everything worked for approximately 3 weeks. Customer is having same issue now and it appears to be the relay box itself is starting to fail. When pushing on the board it turns on and off so there is a loose connection on the board itself not the power wire entering the box. Recommend replacement of the relay box. Annual Plumbing Inspection completed. Hardness 3 PH 7.4 Pressure 43psi Chlorine .5ppm During the inspection I have located a few minor issues, home is on the smaller size, with only one full bath. All angle stops in the home are extremely hard to turn. There is one angle stop with an illegal compression tee fitting under the kitchen sink that feeds both hot water to the faucet and to the dishwasher. Under the bathroom sink, both shut off valves are hard to turn and the pop up assembly appears at on point it leaked, but there are no leaks at this time. Lastly, the dryer vent in the crawlspace has a huge trap from the flexible tubing. Customer has requested to have estimates built to resolve the issues located on the inspection.
Arrived to the home, customer stated that they have only lived in the home for two months and the home had been vacant for a while prior to them moving in. Ever since they moved in the water pressure has been very poor. Customer can not use more than one fixture at a time, if they do, the pressure drops to almost a trickle. The static water pressure in the home is standing at 65psi which is normal, but drops as soon as another fixture is being used. I diagnosed this issue as a valve not opened all the way or a potential issue with the water line from the curb stop to the home. I have found the curb stop valve, is located less than two feet from the homes foundation, and the tube is very rusted which pinholes. My theory behind this, is that the while the home was vacant the town maybe shut off the water under the window, now that someone now lives there, the curb stop is not opened all the way or broken. Upon arrival customer explained that hose bib was leaking and possibly needed to be replaced. Customer also purchases bathtub 3 piece faucet to have us install due to existing one leaking when running both hot and cold. While inspecting customers concerns I was able to confirm that the hose bib was leaking and recommended replacement. I also recommended replacing the tub faucet and handles as well due to the leak. Installed customer supplied bathroom faucet as courtesy. Provided customer with estimate to install hose bib with shut off, tub faucet and bathroom faucet. Customer agreed to move forward with work. Had to cut access outside near hose bib. Put pack and screwed in siding. Made customer aware that due to condition of rubber gasket on hot side of tub supply the water pressure was not great and fitting should be replace.
