Crappy service!

The guys were nice and did a good job with repairing the leaks. However, low water pressure was one of the reasons I called, which was never addressed. I still have low water pressure. They cut 2 gigantic holes in the sheetrock wall and took out some tiles in the shower wall which left 3 huge open gaps. They should have put something temporary there, like a piece of plastic or something to prevent the water from the shower from going into the hole in the wall. For the amount I paid of over $2000.00, I'm not happy or satisfied.

Arrived on site client stated they had a bursted pipe on the wall. Upon inepction the hot side under the slop sink bursted in the garage. Shutoff valves for the slop sink were old so gave the client options to replace those as well. Client does not want to move forward with any options at this time.

Arrived on site customer stated that in the bathroom the pop up assembly was not working properly. After inspecting we found the the clips for The pop up assemblies were off. MyGuy plumbing put clips back on to the pop up assembly and everything is working as should. MyGuy plumbing left customer options to replace with push-pop up assemblies

Unfreeze frozen pipe ( this is just starting price and does not include additional time or breaks that need repair if needed) Arrived to home for frozen pipes. Upon inspection found that house is ran in All plastic piping. Went to where copper stubs out of ground and started heating. After some time water started leaking from meters. Underside of the meter is cracked and rusted. We can not continue any work from here because meter needs to be changed. Once it is swapped we can come back if customer still does not have water. Was able to melt about 1’ of ice out of exposed pex line on house side of meter. Collected for today and if we have to come back prices will be negotiated.

Yesterday we arrived to the home due to a substantial leak under the trailer, I discovered at that time that the meter had froze and broke. I advised the client to call the water company to swap out the meter. We arrived today due to frozen pipes and no water to the home. I let the client know that minor diagnostic charge is for the first 30mins and every 30mins beyond that the price is scheduled to go up. The heat tape for the trailer was off, I turned it on for them. I also gave them suggestions going forward of what to do during a cold spell again. I have collected the minor for today for the time spent doing the job.

Arrived to the home, client had recently purchased a brand new washer and the new one is larger and sticks out a bit, not allowing the attic door to open fully. I advised to the client that I can just put a box in for the drain only so the washer can be pushed back all the way. Client would also like a quote to replace the boiler drain valves as well. I went over membership information with the client and they have a coupon on site for 100$ off annual membership cost. Left many estimates for the client and I have applied the coupon as well. 59$ waived as a one time curtesy.

I diagnosed this issue as a failing PRV that is located above the water heater. Client stated the also experienced different pressures throughout the day. Arrived on site for a strange noise coming from near the water meter and above the water heater. Unsure of where the noise is coming from but could possibly be the prv. The prv is not under warranty as there is no history of us replacing or installing that prv. Left options to replace the prv.

After speaking with the client, they also advised me that their kitchen faucet is only a year old but keeps becoming very loose at the. The existing kitchen faucet was purchased from a big box store and is plastic. I provided options to the client and they would like to replace the faucet and washing machine valves. Arrived back to the home for water leaking out of the air gap weep hole of the Ro faucet. Client has had this problem in the pass. One tech discovered that the discharge drain going into the tubular was clogged, thus making the water come out of the weep hole. We arrived back today for the same issue. I disconnected the nut for the saddle on the tubular and the drain pipe was completely clogged again. I blew the debris out and the line is no back to normal. If water does keep coming out of the weep hole, either replacement of the saddle to a larger diameter, or replacement of the faucet is recommended. No 59$

I disconnected the nut for the saddle on the tubular and the drain pipe was completely clogged again. I blew the debris out and the line is no back to normal. If water does keep coming out of the weep hole, either replacement of the saddle to a larger diameter, or replacement of the faucet is recommended. No 59$

I provided options for the client, and they would like to move forward with the replacement. Turned off the water to the home. Drained the system down. Removed shower trim. Disconnected and removed existing shower cartridge. Checked integrity of valve body. Supplied and installed new Moen posi temp shower cartridge. Secured my connections and turned the water to the home to check for leaks. There are no leaks at this time. Caulked shower trim for client as well.
