The guys were nice and did a good job with repairing the leaks. However, low water pressure was one of the reasons I called, which was never addressed. I still have low water pressure. They cut 2 gigantic holes in the sheetrock wall and took out some tiles in the shower wall which left 3 huge open gaps. They should have put something temporary there, like a piece of plastic or something to prevent the water from the shower from going into the hole in the wall. For the amount I paid of over $2000.00, I'm not happy or satisfied.

Arrived on site installed new toilet and tested all work and everything appears to be in working order and there appears to be no leaks at this time.
Arrived on site to kitchen clog call and client stated their kitchen sink was backed up. Client has slight bellies in the kitchen piping in the crawlspace. Still left options to hydro jet and snake but client would not like to move forward at this time.
Arrived on site customer currently has a tanked power vent water heater and would like to have it replaced with a Rinnai tankless they will be supplying. Performed Upon inspection found that we will be removing existing tank, hanging new unit on back wall and running all piping in pex pipe, we will be installing a new gas line at the beginning of the run off the 1-1/4 black pipe and running a 1” csst gas line that will penetrate through the wall the tankless is on and we will be hard piping the gas line to the unit, the exhaust for the unit will be tied into existing piping used for the power vent, the air intake will be piped to outside the home above the garage and stubbed down through the soffit, customer already has existing outlet for power, and the condensate drain will be ran the the existing 3” floor drain in the utility room. Arrived on site customer stated that there toilet is not flushing right and rocking. Upon inspection found that the fill valve is not filling properly and the toilet flapper is leaking. Customer interested in a new toilet white right height round front. Collected $100 down deposit and will be returning Friday to perform work. Made customer aware that because of the rocking the toilet flange may be damaged and will need to be replaced in order to install the new toilet.
Arrived on site installed new circulator pump, wire harness, fuse, repiped exhaust and replace exhaust vent collar. Tested all work and customer now has hot water and heat. There appears to be no leaks or issues at this time.
Arrived to the home, client is looking for estimates for removal of appliances and reinstalling them after the flooring is put in. I provided options for the client which includes a membership as well. Client would like to go over the estimates given and will call us back with their decision. If customer would like to go through with the removal, I will credit today’s diagnostic fee towards the cost of the work.
Arrived on site customer stated that the temp on the water heater is too low and it is currently set to hot which is approximately 120 degrees we do not recommend going higher in temp due to the possibility of someone getting scolded customer insisted so I stated that we can turn it up but I the technician and MyGuy plumbing will not be held liable if someone were to get scolded and burned and by Teri Kraft signing this document she takes full responsibility and understands that she herself is liable if anyone or herself is to get scolded or burned by the water. Slightly increased temp to approximately 125 degrees and had customer check for themselves and they are ok with the new temperature. Customer also is having issues with the toilet flushing it appears something had gotten flushed down the toilet or there is a soft partial blockage not allowing the toilet to flush properly and the toilet is also original to the home so all the jets are clogged with calcium build up making the eff
Hardness 5 pH 7 Arrived on site to perform plumbing inspection. Client has had lots of work done in the home as far as plumbing goes. All emergency shutoff valves are new except for the dishwasher valve but client stated she does not use the dishwasher and is not concerned with replacing the valve. There is one bathroom in the home which we have recently replaced the toilet. Went in crawlspace and it is dry there are no leaks.
Arrived on site customer stated that their unit shorted out. Upon inspection found that the connector the the circulator pump had shorted and latex the wire harness and circulator pump, also blew a fuse. Contacted tech support and they recommend replacement of those items listed above in addition to repiping the exhaust termination because it is done improperly and can be the cause of this issue and replacing the vent collar assembly because that appears to be leaking as well. Collected for tech support and collect $100 down deposit and will order in Navien parts and will contact homeowner when they are in hand and we can get them on the schedule.
Arrived on site customer stated that they had a couple of issues. They have a leak under there lav sink and a leak in the crawlspace. After inspecting we found that the shutoff valves and faucet are leaking. And in the crawlspace customer has a pinhole leak on a copper line, MyGuy plumbing wrote up estimates to get what we found rectified. Customer would like to move forward with all work. After work was completed, MyGuy plumbing turned the water back on to the home and tested for leaks. At this time there are no leaks found everything is working as should. Customer was interested in repiping some water lines. When customer is ready Myguy plumbing will send water line specialist out to give a proper estimate.
Arrived to the trailer for water coming out from under the apron and skirt of the trailer. After removing a few panels a discovered a pinhole leak in the PolyB water distribution piping close to where MyGuy plumbing has made repairs in the past. After providing options for the client, they would like to go through with the appropriate repairs needed. Shut off water to the trailer. Cut out and removed PolyB and pinhole. Adapted to existing PolyB using sharkbite fitting. Secured all my connections and turned the water back on to check for leaks. There are no leaks at this time. *Customer is aware that MyGuy Plumbing can not provide any warranty on the sharkbite fitting needed to make the repairs due to the quality of the PolyB piping that is ran throughout the home. Customer is aware.
Arrived to the home, water to the trailer is currently off at this time. Client states active water leak under the trailer. I turned the trailer on and discovered that the PolyB tee fitting has a split resulting in the leak. I provided options for repair and customer would like to go through with the work quoted. Cut out PolyB tee fitting. Adapted existing PolyB pipe using sharkbite connectors. Secured all my connections and turned the water back on to check for leaks. There are no leaks at this time. *Customer is aware that due to the quality of the PolyB piping, MyGuy Plumbing can not provide any warranty on the sharkbite connectors used to make the appropriate repairs.

Pipe repair on 3/8 copper arrived to home for leaking pipe. Upon inspection found line to toilet leaking. MyGuy replace line to toilet and adapted as necessary. Tested for leaks there are none at this time. Need to come back after hooking up water and stopping leak, there is no water to toilet
