The guys were nice and did a good job with repairing the leaks. However, low water pressure was one of the reasons I called, which was never addressed. I still have low water pressure. They cut 2 gigantic holes in the sheetrock wall and took out some tiles in the shower wall which left 3 huge open gaps. They should have put something temporary there, like a piece of plastic or something to prevent the water from the shower from going into the hole in the wall. For the amount I paid of over $2000.00, I'm not happy or satisfied.

Arrived on site for a strange noise coming from near the water meter and above the water heater. Unsure of where the noise is coming from but could possibly be the prv. The prv is not under warranty as there is no history of us replacing or installing that prv. Left options to replace the prv.
Arrived to the home, client states they have a leaking single handle washing machine valve. After speaking with the client, they also advised me that their kitchen faucet is only a year old but keeps becoming very loose at the. The existing kitchen faucet was purchased from a big box store and is plastic. I provided options to the client and they would like to replace the faucet and washing machine valves. Turned off the water to the home. Drained the system down. Disconnected and removed existing single hand washing machine valve. Prepped copper piping for new install. Supplied and installed two new quarter turn boiler drain valves for the client. Secured my connections and turned the home back on to check for leaks. There are no leaks at this time. *Replaced washing machine hoses for client as a one time curtesy. Disconnected and removed existing kitchen faucet from the home. Cleaned debris off the sink. Supplied and installed new single handle Moen kitchen faucet. Secured faucet
Copper repair and plastic water repair ball valve with membership Arrived to home for broken pipes. Upon inspection found freeze breaks in multiple spots in one home. 2 homes on property. Customer lead me to main house where I saw multiple leaks on other pipes as well as a main shut off. MyGuy supplied and installed all parts so there are no more leaks. Soldered copper that was there and replaced pex as well as ball valve. Turned water on to test for leaks, then faucet in the kitchen was clogged. Tried to unclog the faucet but was not able to. Also basket strainer was leaking. MyGuy also supplied and installed new kitchen faucet and basket strainer. There are no leaks at this time except for a shut off valve for hose bib that the customer stated he would replace himself. Multiple leaks in secondary home and one in primary home and also ball valve
Arrived back to the home for water leaking out of the air gap weep hole of the Ro faucet. Client has had this problem in the pass. One tech discovered that the discharge drain going into the tubular was clogged, thus making the water come out of the weep hole. We arrived back today for the same issue. I disconnected the nut for the saddle on the tubular and the drain pipe was completely clogged again. I blew the debris out and the line is no back to normal. If water does keep coming out of the weep hole, either replacement of the saddle to a larger diameter, or replacement of the faucet is recommended. No 59$
Arrived on site customer stated that they had an active leak. After inspecting, we found that thru dishwasher is the issue. We recommend getting a appliance company to come out and rectify the issue.
Hardness 6 Chlorine.3ppm Arrived to the home, customer states existing Moen shower valve is very hard to turn. I diagnosed this issue as a failed shower cartridge. I provided options for the client, and they would like to move forward with the replacement. Turned off the water to the home. Drained the system down. Removed shower trim. Disconnected and removed existing shower cartridge. Checked integrity of valve body. Supplied and installed new Moen posi temp shower cartridge. Secured my connections and turned the water to the home to check for leaks. There are no leaks at this time. Caulked shower trim for client as well.
Hardness 6 PH 7.4 Chlorine 1.0ppm Pressure 41psi Arrived back to the home to reassess the issues with the faucet and toilet. Toilet is very calcified on the main jet port, I advised to the client that pouring CLR is only going to help but not a definite that it will solve the problem. I cleaned the main jet port as best as I could and the toilet is flushing much better at this time. I’m going to provide options to the client for repairing and replacing the two bathroom faucets for the client. No 59$
Arrived on site client stated there was a noise when flushing the toilets. Upon inspection we did not hear the noise at first but one of the shutoff valves for the toilet was leaking so today we replaced a leaking toilet valve. When we were done we turned the water back on and that’s when we heard the noise. The noise appeared to be coming from the Prv and there is a leaking ball valve that only leaks when turned either on or off. Client will hold off on the Prv or ball valve for now.
Customer stated that they would like to replace their toilet with a higher up toilet and would like their customer supplied bidet seat installed on the new toilet. MyGuy plumbing wrote up estimates to install toilet and bidet seat. Customer would like to move forward with work. After MyGuy plumbing installed toilet, MyGuy plumbing turned water back on to home and tested for leaks. At this time everything is working as should no leaks. There is a warranty behind the toilet, there is no warranty behind the bidet seat as MyGuy plumbing did not supply bidet seat.

Arrived on site customer stated that their shower handle broke off. After inspecting we found that the handle did break off. One of the issues leading to the handle breaking could have been that the cartridge inside the shower is very stiff making it very difficult to pull out the handle. MyGuy pluming gave customer options to replace cartridge and handle. For today customer would just like to replace handle. After all work was completed. MyGuy plumbing tested handle, and everything is working as should.
Arrived on site client stated thier toilet slowly fills up and thier shutoff valve was unable to be turned by hand. Went over a few options with the client to either install a new toilet and rebuild the inside of tank with new shutoff valve. Toilet isn’t that old so client felt it was best to go with a partial rebuild today. Today I replaced the flapper, fill valve, shutoff valve, and supply line. Turned water back on to test for leaks and to test if all internals in the tank are working properly. Toilet isn’t now flushing and filling as it should.
Arrived to the home for no hot water, the existing electric water heater is only 4years old. When I approached the water heater in the closet, I discovered that the quick disconnect box has two fuses with lights indicating that the fuse is bad. The lights are on at this time, I made client aware that they will need an electrician to come out to further diagnose the issue and replace the fuses. 59$ waive as a one time curtesy towards the client, due to a misunderstanding during scheduling.
Arrived on site client stated his toilet was leaking and wasn’t sure where it was coming from. Upon inspection water appeared to be coming from between the bowl and tank. Unsure if there was a crack on the toilet client felt it would be best to just put a new toilet back. When pulling the toilet I noticed the floor was not in good shape so I went in the crawlspace and noticed mold. Let client know that it would be best to have All States come out first and we would come in after to perform the work. Took a deposit for when we return.
