The guys were nice and did a good job with repairing the leaks. However, low water pressure was one of the reasons I called, which was never addressed. I still have low water pressure. They cut 2 gigantic holes in the sheetrock wall and took out some tiles in the shower wall which left 3 huge open gaps. They should have put something temporary there, like a piece of plastic or something to prevent the water from the shower from going into the hole in the wall. For the amount I paid of over $2000.00, I'm not happy or satisfied.

Matt was so patient with us in discussing and diagnosing the problem. He also went the extra mile in ensuring that my parents understood what was happening and even laying some vinyl over the flooring for them. He was truly incredible. I left right before they finished the job and I had a few questions afterwards and he and the office staff were incredible responsive and patient.

Arrived at call for toilet and not flushing correctly and randomly filling. Upon further investigation into plumbing issue, it was found that toilet flapper had failed causing water to leak past and into bowl. With water leaking past toilet flapper, it caused full valve to fill randomly. Today we performed a minor rebuild on toilet. This includes replacing fill valve and flapper. After installation, all connections were tested for leaks, and no leaks were found toilet was flush to multiple times to ensure proper use and function of plumbing fixture. 1 year parts and labor
Arrived to the home, customer stated they would like to be proactive in replacement of their existing 40gallon water heater since it is approximately 10yrs old. There is nothing wrong with the water heater at this time. I provided options for the customer for replacement today, customer states they would like to shop around for different estimates at this time. 59$ has been waived for the customer as a one time curtesy.
Arrived on site removed old heat exchanger and installed new heat exchanger under warranty no charge. Also replaced 90 on hot water recirc line as well under warranty no charge. Tested all work and everything appears to be in working order and there appears to be no leaks or issues at this time. Documented with Navien heat exchanger was replaced.

Replace pressurized vacuum breaker for irrigation in Manchester, NJ
Connect irrigation to city adding vacuum breaker, ball valve for service and boiler drain for winterization and new main shut off Arrived back to home to install pvb for irrigation. MyGuy supplied and installed new main shut off in crawl, ran copper from closest 3/4 line outside of home where we installed 1” pvb with boiler drain for winterizing. Added a service ball valve for pvb in crawl which is off at the moment. When Morgan’s comes to do their part they will find a yellow handle to bring water to pvb. There are no leaks at this time.
Arrived on site customer stated that they have no heat. Upon inspection found that the heating side does not fire when called for heat and the domestic is working properly. Contacted Navien ran through some trouble shooting and found it is a wiring issue. Opened relay box and found we were no receiving power from the switch. Began to jiggle some wires and found the power lines coming in were loose and not making contact. Reinstalled power wire to relay box and tightened connections and everything appears to be in working order at this time and there appears to be no leaks. The expansion tank has failed and needs to be replaced along with with two can vents on the radiant heating system line in the closet. Also the Navien does not appear to be heating properly and is taking a long time to heat up recommmend servicing and then installing a water conditioner to see if there is any improvements and then contacting Navien if there is still and issue. Arrives to home to add vacuum breaker for irrigation. Need more info from Morgan’s irrigation company. Did not collect 59. Will get in touch with company tomorrow to see when we can meet and find out exactly what they want from our side.
Pressure 60 Hardness 3 Ph 7.4 Arrived on site customer stated that they would like their tankless serviced. While MyGuy was servicing tankless, we noticed that there was a leak on the heat exchanger. Myguy plumbing contacted tech support. The heat exchanger is still covered under warranty. Myguy plumbing made customer aware of issue and customer will be excepting a call back when we get the part from Navien.

Customer supplied kitchen faucet, kitchen sink, remove disposal and replace all drainage, 3 valves under kitchen sink, 2 main shut off valves with membership Arrived to home for customer supplied sink and faucet. Upon inspection found that customer had all materials necessary site. Still gave options for us to supply being that we can put a warranty on material. Customer also had frozen valves under kitchen sink and gate valves as main source to shut off water to home. MyGuy installed customer supplied sink and faucet. MyGuy supplied and installed 3 angle stops, all drainage and 2 shut off valves for home. Tested for leaks, there are none at this time.
