Guys showed up on time and did the job until it was completed which was past 5pm. Exceptional work and work ethic. Neat. Respectful. Knowledgeable. I will use these guys from this point forward. Very very satisfied with Sean, his helper (sorry, forgot his name) and the company!

Arrived on site client stated that she had 2 toilets that were slow draining. Upon arrival all toilets appeared t be flushing fine and the one toilet was partially clogged but when I flushed the toilet it went down. Flushed all toilets in the home and they all appear to be flushing fine. Client stated that her main water valve is stiff and hard to turn so I left estimates to replace that valve. Collected the Visual diagnostic for today.
Arrived on site client stated their kitchen sink was clogged and thinks it could be the disposal. Upon inspection there’s does not appear to be any food or debris in the disposal once I was able to get all of the water out. Clog appeared to be pass the disposal and somewhere in the kitchen line. Due to there being no space under the sink and the trap underneath the sink being glued together I felt it was best to snake the kitchen line in the crawlspace. Client does not have a cleanout so left prices to cut the drain and add a cleanout as well. At this time client does not want to move forward. Waived the Visual diagnostic for today’s visit.
Arrived on site client stated they had a back up in the home but clients father plunged it and it’s been fine ever since. Client would like for us to camera the main because he is concerned it will happen again. Pulled toilet and put camera down the line and found that the pipe is separated around 22 ft out. We will need to get camera tech out to give accurate quote on a repair.
Arrived to home for winterization. MyGuy used compressor to winterize all outdoor fixtures. We cannot warranty winterization. Spent a few hours assuring all lines were completely blown out. Left all fixtures open.
Arrived on site found that union on boiler was leaking. Drained boiler replaced union and used relief valve to help drain boiler then found it was not holding replaced as courtesy because we touched it and installed can vent under warranty. Purged one zone tested all work by turning on heat and everything appears to be in working order and there appears to be no leaks at this time. Collected payment.
Install new water heater in Mantoloking, NJ
Arrived on site previous tech stated that the return side isolation valve was not turning. Arrived on site and was able to isolate return side and serviced tankless. Serviced Naviclean as well. Tested all work and everything appears to be in working order and there appears to be no leaks at this time. Collected payment.
