Matt and Charles were so wonderful. They installed a sink in our basement, fixed our pipes above the washer dryer, and fixed our dishwasher plumbing and it looks beautiful. They explained everything they were doing, were very polite, and very intelligent. I’ve recommended them to all of my friends who have also recently become homeowners for all their projects. MyGuy plumbing is a 5 star company, Chris came to give me an estimate which was reasonable and I scheduled an app for the following week. Chris and his helper showed up on time and did a great job removing my old tub and installing the new one.The guys worked hard all day to finish on time and everything was perfect, I definitely recommend this company.. Customer stated that their sump pump wasn’t working after inspecting we noticed that the GFI outlet that the sump pump is plugged into tripped. When it was raining last week. I believe that the outlet for the sump pump got water on it from the rain and tripped the outlet. Myguy reset the GFI plugged in the sump pump and tested. At this time the sump pump is discharging and operating as should. Due to the age of the sump pump MyGuy plumbing recommends replacing the sump pump.
Arrived on site to perform plumbing inspection. Found washing machine single lever valve was dripping. Client said washing machine backs up every once in a while and everything else in the home is draining fine. Offered laundry package as existing drain pipe is 1 1/2 pvc. Would give back washing machine valves with laundry sink package.

Arrived on site and installed pilot assembly tested work and everything appears to be in working order and there appears to be no leaks at this time. Collected payment.
Arrived on site customer stated that the boiler would not fire. Contacted tech support and they stated that it is the gas valve replaced gas valve did not work contacted them again they stated that it was the control board replaced board and that was not the case contacted them a third time and they stated that it was a clogged orifice on the pilot assembly. Will need to return tomorrow to replace pilot assembly.
Arrived on site client stated her toilet upstairs was slowly draining. Upon further inspection when flushing the toilet the toilet gurgled indicating a clog. All other fixtures are draining as they should. After snaking toilet we flushed multiple times. The toilet is now flushing as it should.

Arrived to the home, client states water heater is leaking, as I approach the heater I discovered that the existing water heater is leaking from every connection and replacement is highly recommended. I provided options to the client and they would like to go through with replacement and become a member. Turned water off to the home. Drained, cut out, and removed existing water heater from the home. Cleaned area for new install. Supplied and installed brand new 40 gallon natural draft water heater. Supplied and installed new ball valve, bonding wire kit, copper pipe and fittings, and gas flex and gas valve. Secured all my connections and turned the water on to fill the system. Purged the system of air. Turned heater on and checked for leaks. There are no leaks at this time. *Permit fees are at home owners cost. *Client is now a member. *Client has requested to have the permits mailed to there home, instead of to the town at this time.
Arrived to home for drip on cap for previous drain cleaning we did. Upon inspection found that 3 dollar plugs in total are leaking and popped off. So anytime any fixture in the home is used it is just flooding the basement. Home has house trap and could be the main problem. Not sure if there is a problem further down line passed house trap or not. Plumbing and drainage is old and could be compromised. Basement is full of sewage so due to hazards we can not further diagnose at this time. Let customer know that we work with a restoration company that will clean this up that way we can asses issues. Customer is going to have this cleaned up asap and our drain specialist will be here when ready to give options to fix problems.
Pop up assembly, minor rebuild, main shut off valve Arrived to home for inspection upon inspection found a few things and went over all with customer. Left options for everything. Today MyGuy supplied and installed new main shut off, removed unused meter horn as courtesy, replaced leaking pop up and performed a minor rebuild on toilet. Tested for leaks, there are none at this time. Also honored warranty on work we did recently under kitchen sink. One valve has a slight drip. I replaced valve and there are no more leaks. Did not charge due to warranty.
