Just send us Charlie and Matt forever. We cannot say enough about Charlie and Matt. You don’t have the room for me to say how we feel. Charlie is a teacher! He is humble and he is kind! He is personable. All this while being extremely professional. Booties always! Matt is quieter than Charlie if that’s possible lol. Matt is just as personable, professional, and kind as Charlie is. He is also just as humble. He WILL tell you all about Charlie and how great he is. If Charlie continues teaching Matt, you have nothing to worry about. They go well together in many ways. Dynamic duo! Charlie found the problem, took immediate action to begin the process of cleanup, insurance and replacement. Keeping us in the know of every move. Truly held our hands through this. He educated us and told us our options unobtrusively. His work is impeccable! They leave no mess. No wonder he is “Plumber of the year” We’ve had My Guy Plumbing to our house four times within the last year. All timing issue problems, save one, years of wear and tear. These people are so good that we now have a membership with them!! Who knew!! Anyone that works here we have total confidence in.
