We had recently arrived to the home due to the float alarm going off for the existing sewer ejector, at the time of that service everything appeared to be working properly. Arrived today due to the alarm going off again. I first ran water to fill the basin, after a few minutes the alarm started to go off. I removed the opening in the lid and discovered that the primary float for the pump is struggling to engage resulting In the alarm going off. Replacement of the part is recommended to prevent the alarm from going off. Will email over quotes to the client for replacement of the primary float.
