Arrived on site customer stated stated that they are having a bad smell coming from bathroom on left side of the home and nothing is draining upon inspection found that the main line is backed up if not just that branch line. Recommend pulling toilet and snaking from that point out to the main. Also found while in the crawlspace that the sump pump is no longer operable and needs to be replaced. Gave options and customer would like to move forward with snaking the main line at this time. Pulled toilet and snaked main line sent snake out as far as we could approximately 110’ and ran into a blockage was able to restore flow in the home. Sent down camera and found we are hitting a hard stoppage right out the home indicating some sort of break or separation. recommend installing a cleanout right outside the home required by code to fix problem section of piping and then to further scope the rest of the line to ensure there is no other issues.
