Arrived on site customer stated that they have a backed up sewer main. Upon inspection found that the toilet is backing up and there is a cleanout underneath the flooring. Opened clean out and cleared blockage found some sort of separation on the outside cleanout that will need to be repaired otherwise the clogs with happen again. We will need cut out asphalt to make repair. Customer needs to contact the township to make sure the township is not responsible for the break after the cleanout. Customer also had an issue with water leaking through the wall opened the wall and found a broken sewer line. We will need open up the floor and replace the broken fitting. We are not responsible for Sheetrock or concrete. Recommend contacting Allstates restoration to clean out sewage and water.
