Flush water heater new sump with membership Arrived to home for banging sound from water heater. Upon inspection found that the sound was com8ng from sediment. Water heater from 2018. Still left option to replace. While flushing water heater into sump pit noticed that pump was not pumping. Needed replacement. Customer moved forward with replacing pump and membership so I flushed as courtesy. Discharge for sump could not be located. While testing it stopped pumping because outlet is blocked but could not locate. Customer is not sure where it is. There is a vent in the middle of the run. Removed studor vent until customer can find outlet and we will come back to further diagnose.
