Need to order a media filter and call to schedule to put it in. Goodman Media filter 20x20x5 Part number: M2-1056
Also, removed swollen flow restrict or from faucet aerator. Same bathroom (hall bath)

Filled out Trane evaluation sheet. Found very high return static. Need to return to re-run return flex and put in an 18" run.
Clear stoppage in master bathroom through roof stack
Check the duct work on the 2 rooms that they having problem with and the room left of the air compressor duct is pinch and it needs to be reran. The room to the right of the air compressor I open the damper up, and cover the ceiling with insulation on an area that was exposed. I increased the fan speeds on both the system to get them feeling more air. I also diploid temperature sensors in 4area of the office.
Callback- Customer was worried about growth on condenser pad caused by light condensation on condenser cleaned off growth on condenser pad and checked filter for customer
Tank is 3-4 years old, panel is upward of 30 years
Breaker keeps tripping over the last few days. Usually it trips in the middle of day. Checked all connections and looked for exposed wire. Found one of the wires on breaker had a loose connection. I tightened it. Everything is cooling fine.
Performed tune up on 8 year old Rheem. Uv bulb 2 years old, recommend replacement. Condenser 45uf capacitor bad. Replaced capacitor, fully covered by warranty. Recommend surge protection. Wants uv bulb next year.
