Jonathan Swanger did a great job today! He was very detailed (finished my whole list), customer oriented service, drove back to the shop to pick up my filters, and answered all my questions about our new Rheem low energy high efficiency units. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. Definitely would use him again.
Jason is extremely friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable about water treatment and water heaters. We called for an estimate on a water heater replacement and decided on the spot to use Northside Services because of Jason's information and professionalism. He not only answered questions about the water heater we were replacing, but also patiently answered our questions about other water treatment equipment we had. Jason scheduled a technician to come out the same day and install the new heater. There was no sales pressure and the price was reasonable, not the cheapest necessarily, but cheapest isn't always best. I will fill out another survey after we've actually used the water heater for a few days. It is just now being installled.
It took 4 visits to finally complete the job. Gary was the last tech to come out and finally fixed the problem. Just to be clear this was Gary's first visit to address this problem. He stuck with it until he properly diagnosed and fixed the problem. I encourage you to do a full work review on my property. This is not the first time it has required multiple visits to correct a problem.
Gary was very thorough and confident. He was easy to communicate with and had a sense of humor too (which is an asset). We are crossing our fingers in the hopes that we won't be needing service for a while.
Performed maintenance on both inverter systems. All electrical and mechanical components are functioning as designed. Inspected inside ductwork and it's very clean for both return and supply. Unit only sweats at certain times and in small sections of the air handler; I explained why this occurs to the homeowner. Both systems use a 21x21x5 air filter and I changed both. Cleared both condensate lines using water pressure. Cleaned off algae that was growing on both pads. Cleaned both units. Ductwork was replaced recently.
Callback on john. Cleaned coil. Coil dirty because filter isn't the proper size. Odd size filter slot. Recommend ordering custom filters or a custom fit solace system.
