Gary was very thorough and confident. He was easy to communicate with and had a sense of humor too (which is an asset). We are crossing our fingers in the hopes that we won't be needing service for a while.
This experience was very different from the the day before! It was very reassuring to have an experienced technician service our 6-month old A/C conditioner. Pat was very thorough, knowledgeable, pleasant, and easy to communicate with. You need to hire more techs like Pat.
Jacob Is a great tech. He was right on time, was very nice and got the job done ASAP. Thanks!
Could not have asked for a better tech than Gary. He was quick to diagnose the problems and fix them. Offered me some alternatives so as not to break the bank on future replacements for my ancient units. To top it off, he is just a genuinely nice guy! Enjoyed meeting him.
Very hard working and professional technicians. Answered the many questions we had without becoming frustrated with us.
new system installed May 2017, this is first time I need to change the filter (Solace). I struggled for 45 minutes to no avail and called for service. Service Tech Pat also had hard time getting it out, but finally did and learned the mastic during install had adhered to the filter housing and acting like a glue holding it in place. Hopefully, in 3 months time I'll be able to remove and replace filter more easily.
We asked for Robert's supervisor's name so we could pass along some positive feedback but now this survey provides that opportunity. Robert was very personable and professional. We felt like we really got a thorough tune-up and he did a good job of explaining the state of our two heat pumps and what he had done during the visit.
Float switch was shorting out. Also found system low on refrigerant. Found a leak in the evaporator coil. Customer does not want to replace coil at this time.
Insulation tubing on suction line in attic came apart at taped seams. Diagnostic fee only per Alberto

Drain line was clogged. Homeowner is out of the country. Remodeling condo and contractors noticed it wasn't cooling. System is now cooling fine. Office has card on file to collect payment. Already got approval formdrain cleaning.
System installed 5-6 months ago. Wilder was here yesterday and cleaned drain. Customer wanted a more experienced technician to look at system. Everything was fine. Charge was fine. 19 degree temperature split. Static pressure was fine. System cooling properly.
Drain line was clogged with a slow run kept the system works but short cycling,so never reached customer satisfaction. Cleaned out, checked pressure everything looks good. Now system works properly and cooling with proper pressure and temperature difference.
Drain line was clogged and return fell off of air Handler.
Unit was making whistling noise through the return grill when the system was on. Lowered return hatch and the noise stopped. Homeowner had a filter in the air handler above the garage but not one in the return. Took air filter out of air handler and the noise stopped. Suggested that the homeowner use one only on the return indoors. 12x24x1. Drain line shut down system while I was here. Cleared drain line with water hose and ez tee adapter. Unit is functioning properly
