I had a leaky kichen sink and water that backed up in the bathtub every time I ran the washer. Mike came out the next day. He listened to my concerns and explained what needed to be done and explained the charges. Every few years we would have the backup problem and would call someone out and they fixed the immediate problem but never took time to get to the root of the problem.
