10 yr old heater filled with sediment, flushed heater collected balance
Replaced shower cartridge in master bathroom shower, restored service to the home, no leaks present at this time, recommend either replacing or removing old water softener, sent homeowner estimates.
Shut off water to home removed water heater, installed tankless water heater with a isolation valve, restored water to home, ran electrical and installed new breakers, purged air from water heater, and restored power to water heater, no leaks present at this time.
Exposed valve in wall and removed, installed Moen Positemp shower valve with Eva Chrome trim, restored water service to home and checked for leaks, no leaks present at this time
Reconnect laundry tub faucet drain line and connect bar tap faucet, reworked drain to connect laundry sink, once completed tested and checked for leaks, everything is working as it should, connected bar tap faucet and tested and checked for leaks, everything is working as it should
Replace guest bathroom faucet, shut water off to faucet and began removing existing faucet, once removed began piecing together new faucet and prepping it for installation, once installed began connecting water lines and drain lines. Restored water pressure and checked for leaks, everything is working as it should.
Returned with new manual flushometer. Shut done main water supply to home and drain system. Disassembled old sensor flushometer and removed shut off valve assembly. Installed new manual kohler flushometer with new shut off valve assembly. Pressurized system, flushed and tested operations
To replace cartridge in guest bathroom shower and to install (2) customer supplied wide spread lavatory faucets.
To give estimates on master bathroom urinal that is not working. Parts are missing and wants replacement of unit
Cabled the mop sink and the cable went up the wall, got stuck Extracted cable went one more again , got stuck Opened the wall in the bathroom and found an open line Cabled from open line and got stuck Information from employees states the area we are working used to be a kitchen and the mop sink hasn’t worked since the remodel in 2017 It is believed the mop sink is not connected to sewer Quote to cut floor and fix issue
Tech to snake the mop sink to attempt to drop water Snaked approximately 21 with heavy snake and got stuck Snaked approximately 25 with supervee and got stuck When plunged water is coming out of the wall from the other side in bathroom and sewer smell in the building Tested all toilets sinks and washer machine and to bubbles or issue occurred LTO senior tech to further diagnose issue
Replaced faucet on laundry sink, replaced tub spout diverter in guest bathroom, replaced emergency shut off valves under the kitchen sink, addressed drain issue in guest bathroom and added Bio One drain cleaner to all drains, checked for leaks no leaks are present at this time.
Water heater is leaking customer would like the water bypassed as a temporary repair Tied line together with a shark bite this is not a Permanent fix Customer understands there is no warranty
