We had a water pipe break and he was there bright an early when they said he would be and fixed the problem promptly. He explained everything well and was very nice. Even wore booties in the house to protect the carpets, yeah! Everything was clean and neat where he worked.

Greg is very professional from the moment he entered my house till the work was completed. This is the second service call with Plumbing Professor and both times I was fortunate to have Greg do the work. Mainly, this is the reason I call the company again. He immediately introduced himself, covered his shoes, and responded to my dogs in a positive way. The work was completed quickly and he cleaned up after himself. He gives a positive impression by his cleanliness and friendliness. Also, Karen (I believe) who initially took my call is also very professional in her way of taking my call.
