I am totally impressed with the service I received yesterday. I rarely fill out these surveys. But I just felt like the Graig did such a nice job. From patiently discussing the problem and quoting a price to fixing the problem and clean up, I am 100% satisfied, I am going to highly recommend Graig to friends and neighbors. I especially appreciated Graig answering questions and reassuring me that his course of action would be the best solution to our problem.
