PP was referred to me by our ReMax Realtor to have several items checked out to which the Buyer's Inspector said needed attention. The PP technician was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. He found no gas leaks. Tim then corrected the dishwasher/waste disposal overflow/drainage situation in little time. The cost, particularly the local service charge ($99), was high, I felt.

We got same day service, within a couple hours of calling. The rep was polite and professional. The price was a little high for what he actually did (tightened a couple bolts and replaced a rubber seal), but as a physician's office we were in no position to argue since we had water on the floor.
