Tim does fantastic work! He explains things and doesn't make you feel stupid. Prices are fair. Tim is one of the most personable and pleasant technicians that I have ever met! Wouldn't think to call any other company. He even came out on a Sat when I called around 1 pm in a panic when my sink overflowed. Can't say enough great things about Tim and Plumbing Professors.
