Service Tech, Chad Marek was just delightful. He was very courteous and respectful. He was conscientious and meticulous when it came to the hydro jet clean out process of my sewer line. Chad kept me informed and showed me on the screen every inch of the clean out. He was very informative. And Chris who assisted (sorry I didn't get last name) was just as delightful. Chad was also very respectful and verbally appreciative of Chris' part in the process which showed Chad's leadership and people skills! What could have been an overwhelming experience was made very enjoyable and I feel blessed to have met both these fine men who cared about their customer, me. I will highly recommend Plumbing Professors as this recommendation was given to me by my neighbor.
