My service technician, Jon Vanderkarr, was very personable and knowledgeable. I appreciated his clean cut appearance and dedication to maintaining a clean work area in my home. He took the time to thoroughly explain all options, and then helped me choose the best one to fit my budget. I can't speak for the rest of Plumbing Professors, but Jon is a top notch employee who is very dedicated to customer service.
