Jim is knowledgeable and of good humor. We like working with him. As for convenience, it would be helpful to have a clearer idea of what the time "window" really means. We were given a 10am-12pm window and, of course, he didn't get here until almost 12:00. It would be helpful to have a somewhat more precise time -- as in "likely to arrive toward the end of that time" or "it'll be closer to noon" -- I canceled something in the morning because of the 10-12 time window, only to have to then cancel my afternoon commitment also because he actually worked here from 12-2:00.
