Pride Plumbing was called out for a possible water leak in the yard. Our inspection of the yard and timing of the Rockwell International water meter did not find any plumbing sources or causes for the water. It was our belief that the water was just runoff from a recent storm.

We also provided a cost estimate to replace the toilet with a new Gerber Viper model. This would include inspecting/cleaning/replacing the flange, replacing the toilet bowl, toilet tank, tank to bowl gasket and bolts, seat, wax ring gasket, toilet bowl bolts, toilet bowl bolt washers, toilet bowl bolt caps, and above-floor stainless steel braided water supply line.

Pride Plumbing was called out for sewage backing up into the home. We pulled a toilet, used a sewer machine down through the toilet's flange, and cleared a blockage in the main outside sewer septic drain line. After replacing the toilet bowl's wax ring gasket and toilet bowl bolts and caps, and resetting and testing the toilet, the issue was corrected. We also provided a cost estimate to repipe and replace the water supply and drain lines in the crawlspace, going to all the fixtures in the home (the kitchen, two bathrooms (toilets, sinks, and bathtubs/showers), a washing machine, and a water heater), with new PEX and PVC piping respectively; installing new fittings and supports under the house for each fixture.

Pride Plumbing was called out for a water leak in a downstairs ceiling. After gaining access into the ceiling, we did not see any signs of a water leak coming from the plumbing. It was our belief that the water was dripping down due to water being splashed on the floor and baseboards.

Pride Plumbing was called out for a leaking ice maker water supply line. We pulled out the refrigerator and checked its water connections, but did not find any leaks. Then we checked underneath the refrigerator to see if the catch pan was dry. It was full of water and leaking out due to the slope of the floor. We recommended the customer contact an appliance company to come out and repair the refrigerator.
