Pride Plumbing was called out for a leaking well pressure tee. We cut out the tee and replaced it with a new customer-supplied tee along with installing a new pressure gauge. We also provided cost estimates to perform the following work: 1) replace the well’s 30/50 pump switch and pressure gauge and charge the pressure tank; or 2) install a new submersible pump assembly (with an attached torque arrestor and cable guards) - this would include the pump, piping and fittings, wiring, tank tee, and a new well seal.

Pride Plumbing was called out for a water leak at a 36-gallon electric Rheem PROE36-S2-RH95 lowboy water heater. Our inspection found that one of the unit's flexible copper water lines had a pinhole leak. We removed and replaced both flexible copper water lines with new PEX piping and fittings. We then tested for leaks with no further issues. The customer also had a clogged kitchen sink drain. We provided a cost estimate to use a sewer machine down through the sink's drain and attempt to clear the blockage.
