Pride Plumbing was called out for a water leak underneath a bathroom sink. Our inspection found that the leak was coming from one of the faucet's water supply lines. The gasket where it connects to the faucet was not sealing correctly. We replaced the gasket, reconnected the water supply line to the faucet, and tested for leaks with no further issues. We also provided cost estimates to replace the faucet with either a new customer supplied model or a new Pride Plumbing supplied Delta, Olympia, or Peerless model (this would include removing the old faucet, mounting the new faucet, and replacing the hot and cold water shut-off valves and above-floor braided stainless steel water supply lines underneath the sink).
Pride Plumbing came out and provided a cost estimate to 1) disconnect the drain lines from the kitchen sink, dishwasher, and washing machine underneath the home; 2) trench a ditch from the home's foundation to the main outside sewer septic drain line in the yard and install a new 4-inch PVC grey drain line in the ditch (connecting it to the existing drain line in the yard and the connecting the kitchen sink, dishwasher, and washing machine underneath the home) along with proper cleanouts and fittings per code; 3) install tracer wire in the ditch along with the new drain line; and 4) backfill, tamp, and spread grass seed and straw after the work has been completed.
Pride Plumbing was called out for sewage backing up into the home. We went underneath the home, cut the drain line, used a water pressure device to clear the stoppage, and used a no-hub coupling to reconnect the two sections of drain line.
Pride Plumbing was called out for a water leak underneath a bathroom sink. Our inspection found that the sink's hot-side braided stainless-steel water supply line was leaking - it had been cross-threaded when put on. We removed and reinstalled the supply line and the issue was corrected.
Pride Plumbing came out and replaced a leaking 40-gallon electric Whirlpool water heater with a new customer-supplied 40-gallon electric Rheem model. First, after disconnecting its electrical connections and inlet and outlet water lines, we removed and disposed of the old water heater. Then we installed the new water heater, ball water shut-off valves, PEX and stainless-steel water supply lines to the water heater connectors, a brass drain valve, and wired up the electrical connections to the new water heater. Finally, we bled the air out of the water lines, ensured that the unit’s temperature and pressure (T&P) relief valve was properly vented, and set the unit to its appropriate operating temperature.
Pride Plumbing came out and provided a cost estimate to replace a leaking 50-gallon electric Whirlpool water heater with a new customer-supplied 50-gallon electric model (this would include removing and disposing of the old water heater after disconnecting its electrical connections and inlet and outlet water lines; installing water heater pads, the water heater, ball water shut-off valves, PEX and stainless steel water supply lines to the water heater's water connections, brass drain valve, connecting the unit’s electrical connections, bleeding the air out of the water lines, ensuring that the unit’s temperature and pressure (T&P) relief valve was properly vented, and setting the unit to its appropriate operating temperature).
Pride Plumbing was called out for a water leak underneath a bathroom sink. Our inspection found that the leak was coming from a defective hot-side water supply stop. We removed and replaced the supply stop and tested for leaks with no issues. We also added a split ring escutcheon to cover the hole for the pipe in the wall.
Pride Plumbing was called out for a toilet tank that would run constantly and not fill. Our inspection found that the problem was being caused by the trip lever's chain falling underneath the flapper because the handle wouldn't stay up. We replaced the trip lever, flushed the toilet several times, and the issue was corrected. We also provided a cost estimate to replace the toilet with a new Gerber Viper model. This would include inspecting/cleaning/replacing the flange, replacing the toilet bowl, toilet tank, flapper, water fill valve, tank to bowl gasket and bolts, seat, wax ring gasket, toilet bowl bolts, toilet bowl bolt washers, toilet bowl bolt caps, and above-floor stainless steel braided water supply line.
Pride Plumbing was called out for two toilet tanks that would run constantly and not fill. We replaced the toilet tanks' water fill valves with new Fluidmaster PRO45B models; their flappers with new Lavelle 54BP black Korky models; and their above-floor braided stainless steel water supply lines with new Mainline MLB19DLMF models. We tested for leaks and proper operation of both toilets with no issues.
Pride Plumbing was called out for a water leak near a Rheem PROE50-T2-RH95 water heater. Our inspection found that the leak was coming from the adjacent Apollo thermal expansion tank. We cut out and replaced the thermal expansion tank with a new HydraPro H10000 model and tested for leaks with no issues. We also provided a cost estimate to replace the water heater with a new 50-gallon electric model. This would include removing and disposing of the old water heater; installing the new water heater, new ball water shut-off valves, new PEX and stainless steel water supply lines to the water heater's water connections, a new brass drain valve, connecting the unit’s electrical connections, ensuring that the unit was properly vented, and setting it to its appropriate operating temperature.
Pride Plumbing was called out for sewage backing up into the building. After pulling a toilet, we used a sewer machine down through the toilet's flange and cleared the blockage. After replacing the toilet bowl's wax ring gasket and closet bolts, we reset the toilet, tested the building's drains, and the issue was resolved.

Pride Plumbing was called out for intermittent hot water from a tankless water heater. We pulled, cleaned, and reinstalled the unit's inline filter. After testing the water flow and temperature, the issue was corrected. We also provided cost estimates to replace the inline filter and install a whole-house water softener system.
Pride Plumbing came out and used a plunger to unclog a toilet. We tested the bathroom sink, bathtub, and the toilet multiple times and everything was draining properly. We also provided a cost estimate to replace the toilet with a new Gerber Viper model. This would include inspecting/cleaning/replacing the flange, replacing the toilet bowl, toilet tank, tank to bowl gasket and bolts, seat, wax ring gasket, toilet bowl bolts, toilet bowl bolt washers, toilet bowl bolt caps, and above-floor stainless steel braided water supply line.
Pride Plumbing came out and provided a cost estimate to 1) repipe and replace the drain lines under the house in the crawlspace, going to a) the fixtures in the kitchen and two bathrooms (sinks, toilets, and bathtubs/showers - replacing the toilet bowl flanges and wax seal gaskets, the P-traps underneath all the sinks and installing new PVC piping, fittings and supports under the house for each fixture); and b) the washing machine; 2) repipe and replace the water supply lines under the house in the crawlspace, going to the fixtures in the kitchen, two bathrooms (sinks, toilets, and bathtubs/showers), the washing machine (installing a new washer box and hot and cold hose bibs), and the water heater, with new PEX piping and fittings (installing new 1/4 turn water shut-off valves on each fixture inside the house along with new above-floor stainless steel water supply lines); and 3) replace two outside hose bib spigots with new Woodford frost-free models.
