Pps accessed the room to inspect units. Pps found there are 4 ac units for the building. Pps services 4 condensation lines and an area sink located on the top of the building. Pps sucked out any slime from lines running into the area sink and used a kinetic air ram to force air through the drain system and unblock the line allowing proper drain flow. Pps found large amounts of slime built up in area drain pipe that was cleared out using kinetic air ram.
