Chris was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to resolve the plumbing problem and maintain a calm and pleasant attitude even though I was asking a million questions. He went above and beyond the scope of his duties by reassuring me all would be ok. You have an awesome employee and he deserves recognition.
