sewer repair. Found vertical stack connecting kitchen sink for unit 164 is leaking down the wall going into unit 165. Cut open wall for access to drain lines. Cut out section of sewer line connecting unit 164 and 165 and replace sewer line as needed for job completion. Not responsible for damage to drywall or cabinets.
