Called out for concern of wet area in garage. Technician wa s made aware that before Christmas the old washer had overflowed into the 1 inch drain pan. And this wet area was there before christmas. Pps cut open access hole in garage (NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PATCH.) to access drain line. Ram washer twice and dumped extra cups to try and replicate leak. Technician found no issues. Technician believes wet spot came from when washer over filled and it was seeping into drywall.
