PPS to make repair behind attic AC. PPS will cut out damage section and replace with new fire sprinkler line and PPS will replace 1 new fire sprinkler head. PPS well then wait for Glue to cure and turn the water back on. Check for leaks in pipe replaced by PPS job complete.

replace the 1” gate valve and 1” water pressure regulator. Scope of work includes 1” copper type L. Pressure will be set at 70 psi. replace the recessed ice maker line. Scope of work includes cutting into the drywall in order to be able to install a new one. Remove and install a 40 gallon Bradford white natural gas water heater . Scope of work includes new 3/4” ball valve , water flex lines, earthquake straps, expansion tank, earthquake straps, reconnect the T&P line, water heater pan, gas valve and 1/2 gas flex line with a gas sediment trap.

Clear the main sewer line through the clean out located in the women’s restroom up to the city sewer tie in to ensure proper flow. Once that is done we will run the camera for further inspection and we will provide a thumb drive with video footage. Scope of work will also include cleaning and inspection of the area drain out by the curb.
