Scope of work includes cutting into the drywall in order to be able to install a new one. Remove and install a 40 gallon Bradford white natural gas water heater . Scope of work includes new 3/4” ball valve , water flex lines, earthquake straps, expansion tank, earthquake straps, reconnect the T&P line, water heater pan, gas valve and 1/2 gas flex line with a gas sediment trap.
