Jessie is the best! I had an emergency on a Sunday afternoon during a long Holiday weekend and Jessie was there in less than an hour!! No extra charge for the weekend or the holiday. Now that's GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! 👍

Pride Plumbing was the 3rd company I called to look at the job. The other 2 companies - walked in and gave me an opinion without any investigation and 1 plumber was condescending in his explanation. Pride Plumbing came out, I explained my concerns and they took the time to actually look at, investigate and explain what I am dealing with. I would absolutely refer them.

I had a terrible experience with a home warranty. I went to Google and the first call I made was to Pride Plumbing Services. I talked with Tina, who I found to be very friendly and knowledgeable. She made an appointment for that day. Bryan and Rick came promptly at the time designated. They were very professional and quickly told me what my problems were. I had to have a cleanout made, septic tank repairs, broken pipe and roots in the septic tank. They showed me the septic tank where I could visually see it and the damage. Bryan, Rick, and crew arrived on tie and resolved my issues very efficiently and left property with everything working properly. I highly recommend Pride Plumbing Services. If I could, I would rate them a 10. Tina, Bryan, Rick, and crew did a great job!!
