Shut down water to property. Trench from city meter to water service riser. Hydro still under wall and sidewalk. Cut out old service riser. Install new main water service. Furnish and installation of new ball valve, regulator, and hose spigot. Establish connection to hose bib and irrigation. Restore water to property
