Upon arrival I spoke with the homeowner and she explained to me that they needed a septic tank pumped because the tenants flushed an excessive amount of greaseInto the tank, after further evaluation I then gave her an upfront option and price on pumping up to 1000 gallons plus pumping an additional 400 gallons being that the tank is a 1500 gallon, after approvalI then began to pump the septic tank, after pumping the tank I made sure that I had gotten the grease out of the tank, after completion of the job I cleaned up all tools and materials and the homeowner asked if I would make sure everything was flowing in the house after knocking on the door several times I could not get the tenants to answer the door, at this time I am not sure if everything is flowing. - pump up to 1000 gallons - pump and additional 500 gallons.

On today’s visit the customer and I took a walk around the property and he showed me rough locations of flagging at Leitchfield and septic tank location. For today the customer was unable to have the permit in hand with the drawings but will email those to me at around 4 o’clock this afternoon so that we can come up with proper pricing and scheduling to get the job done as soon as possible Nick pleasants Bahama,nc

Upon arrival customer stated that the water would sometimes seem to run out when they would use a lot, and it would take about 30 minutes for it to return. Went in crawl space while running water at hose bib to test pressure switch to see if it was working properly. Pressure switch was working properly, getting correct voltage. Pressure tank was functioning properly. Tested power at well head, getting correct power. Was unable to recreate issue of running out of water. Customer stated well pump had probably not been replaced since house was built in 1981. No tag on well head stating depth or hp. Gave customer price on pulling pump and pinpointing issue. Customer will call back if problem persist.

We were called out to offer options for a low water pressure/sporadic pump switch issue. After speaking with the homeowner, and looking over the system, we were not able to immediately see the cause of the problems. We then offered the homeowner options for doing a diagnosis. Ultimately the homeowner said he will consider his options, and call us back if need be. Customer paid dispatch fee via credit card.

After arriving to the home, the homeowner made me aware of water that has been staining fixture, and that had a sulfur and metallic scent. The home was built in the 90s. They have just recently purchased the home, the water quality has gotten worse since they’ve been here. They plan on moving in this summer and want the water treated before transitioning here. I tested the water at two fixtures at the home; the kitchen sink and a master bedroom faucet. The water quality is as follows: Hardness: 25gpg pH: 6 Iron: 1.5-5ppm The water has a distinct sulfur smell as well throughout the home on the hot and cold side The water quality fluctuated between locations. The home is equipped with a split hot water system. Two electric water heaters exist in the home; one in the garage and one in the crawlspace. I gave estimates with upfront pricing, we discussed financing options as well, at this time the homeowners are going to review the estimates and we will follow up with a phone call on Frida
