Arrived at home met with homeowner son homeowner was not here performed camera inspection of drainfield along with camera inspection of main lines found solids and a few bellies in drain line marked off with flags went over the camera inspection with homeowner son sign made me aware that he would have to review the options with his father. Father pulled up as I was leaving. Reviewed options with both of them. They need to think about it before moving forward. Also previous tech sold filter offered riser for filter, I don’t believe that the filter is going to fit due to the size of the lid that is currently here without having a riser installed homeowner and son are aware

-install customer supplied kitchen faucet -pull dishwasher out run water supply line though cabinet along with drain -level and screw dishwasher in place -install customer supplied basket strainer on sink -Extend 2 inch PVC drain under sink so tubular drain can be connected -install customer supplied RO system under kitchen sink -run ice maker line from RO to refrigerator -replace hot and cold angle stop -clean caulking around sink and redo for a better finish look Made customer aware that there is very little room under sink for RO system and after installed when filters need to be changed system will need to be pulled out to do so because there want be enough room to drop filters

- Install new Polylok septic filter - Agitate septic tank turning all solids into a liquid sludge and scraping out the bottom - Pump up to 1000 gallons (additional fee per 100 gallons over) Upon arrival I spoke with the homeowner and he made me aware of the location of his septic tank. I then examined the septic tank and made him aware that there was an excessive amount of biomat and that it would definitely need to be pumped and agitated. I also made him aware that the septic tank had an outdated concrete filter and would definitely need to be updated with a new one. I then gave him multiple upfront options and he decided on option 1. After signature approval I pumped and agitated the tank clean and clear. Upon completion I cleaned up all tools and materials. The homeowner then made me aware that he would like to have a more in depth look at his drain field and I made him aware that we could get our sewer specialist out to look at it.

- Pump up to 1000 gallons (additional fee per 100 gallons over) Upon arrival I spoke with the homeowner and he made me aware that he was trying to get his septic tank preventatively pumped and he showed me the location of the septic tank. After an analysis of the septic system I came to the conclusion that it was time to get it pumped. I then gave the homeowner multiple upfront options. He decided on option 2 and upon signature approval I began pumping the septic tank until it was clean and clear. Upon completion I cleaned up all tools and materials.

Upon arrival spoke with customer about no water to home I found that the filter under home was completely clogged with heavy iron cleaned filter and restored water to home after restoring water to home tested water and provided options for water treatment they/looking at options 3 with UV light and service partner plan I will be finding out how soon we can have system here and installed because she has a surgery on the 5th of June and that will determine on when we can do it Also looked at septic system to see if it can be camera and it is a drip system and can lateral lines cannot be Cameron their concern with it is the settling city has told them that they can put dirt on it to level it all back out but not to drive heavy equipment on it Water test results Hardness 2g Iron 1.2 PH 6.6

Upon arrival customer explained that he has lost water and breaker tripped I found that was getting power at switch and well head but no continuity made customer aware that at this time the pump will need to be pulled to further diagnose and that if it’s the pump it may still be covered under manufacturing warranty and we would provide upfront price for repairs after it’s pulled customer stated that he has the money to pull it but not to do anything else and financing isn’t an option

Install sludge hammer 12 service plan (Install 05/19/2023) Installed sledge hammer unit. To begin this process I opened the septic tank up and removed the concrete lid that was still in place below the riser. Afterwards I dug a trench that the air line would be buried in. After the trench was dug I drilled a hole into the riser to allow the air line to penetrate the riser, then made a penetration on the foundation to allow the unit to be in the crawl space as per Patricia’s request. After both penetrations where made and pipe stubbed out they were caulked to ensure no seepage through the penetrations. After everything was plumbed in it was Tested to verify proper function and no leaks. Next I Buried the feed line upon completion of testing. Cleaned up job site after completion of work. Closed crawl space door back to how it was initially upon arrival

After arriving to the property to discuss the drainfield with the homeowner I began by locating a manifold at the top of the hill with 1 2 inch gate valve followed by a series of four ball valves in meter box that vary in size, after beginning to probe out the drainfield the homeowner politely informed me did they currently are not interested in any preventative measures that will exceed 1 or $2000 and then if any proposed work would exceed that that he does not want to waste either of our time and would wish not to proceed

Upon arrival customer explained that the water softener they have hasn’t done anything in years and they would to have there water tested and have system installed if needed so I started by testing water the results are 1g of hardness 7.4 ph Very little iron between.0 and 0.2 can barely tell a difference on the scale Water softener will take care of the hardness and the little iron ph is perfect I provided customer with multiple options and explained that a well can change at any time and would be much to add on to in the future if water softener was installed in outside shed but could be installed in same place but of anything else is ever needed it would have to be relocated to outside shed She will go over options with her husband after he gets off work follow up call set for tomorrow around lunch time

Arrived at home met with homeowner. Homeowner show me the location of the septic tank as well as the septic pump. Once trying to locate and outlet to get to the drainfield found that the homeowner has an irrigation system and we are unable to work on those explain to the homeowner to contact Orange County environmental health, so that they can send someone out here to inspect their drainfield.

I attached a video to where homeowner would like the location of the box outside of the home to the left of the deck behind the house. There is also an outlet that we can use she would like the cord ran underneath the deck along with a hole drilled and deck where it can be plugged up on the outlet on the deck homeowner also re-crest a reminder call a year from now part of the service plan to come out and check all of her fixtures along with her filter in her tank

After arriving to the home, the homeowners made me aware of how they lost hot water and how they smelled plastic burning. The homeowners were recently out of town, and when they returned they noticed no hot water. In the crawlspace is a State electric water heater from 2003, a low boy electric water heater, which is original to the home. I began by removing the cover panel for the upper thermostat and element. It was obvious an electrical fire took place, which melted wire, and the thermostat. Power was still being supplied to the unit, so I disconnected the unit using the service disconnect. I made the homeowners aware that replacement of the unit would be the only way to move forward since the components in the unit failed, and wires were melted, and the unit is approximately 20 years old. I gave the homeowners options with upfront pricing, at this time they’re getting another estimate tomorrow and have not decided to move forward with work.

-Agitate septic tank until all solids become a liquid sludge and scrape the bottom -Pump up to 1000 gallons (additional charge per 100 gallons over) Upon arrival I spoke with the homeowner and they said they wanted to get their septic tank preventatively pumped, I then opened both the inlet and outlet lids and did an inspection of the septic system. It seemed that the outlet filter was clogged and it was causing the septic fluid to build up. I made the homeowner aware and gave them multiple upfront options. The homeowner then decided upon option 1 and after signature approval I began to pump. I then agitated the septic tank until it was a liquid sludge. After the tank was clean and clear I cleaned up all tools and materials.
