Upon arrival Miranda, Linda, and I discussed the issues they were currently having in the hall bathroom with the toilet and expressed they were simply trying to get estimates at this time. Upon a thorough evaluation it was discovered the toilet was not tightly secured to the flange and water would leak from the bottom of the toilet sometimes. They stated that the toilet also ran sometimes. Stated the toilet was the original to the home. After presenting them with the options they stated that at this time they weren’t having the repairs done, just wanted to gather estimates at this time.
