Joseph was friendly and answered all of my questions! He is providing us with a few quotes to show pricing for different options we discussed and extra small things we also need fixed aside from the reason we initially called them out for. It also was a quick visit which was convenient for my schedule! (Rated 3 stars for pricing just because I haven't seen the quotes yet and am not familiar with pricing in this area elsewhere)
