Chris and Jon came out on this cold snowy day (2/24/15) to investigate a possible leak from our outdoor faucet. Before inspection I was told the price to fix the possible problem, $382! After inspecting the faucet and giving their expert opinions it was determined the faucet was running normally. However, they informed me it is an original faucet and is not up to code. The faucet is missing a vacuum beaker which stops hazardous water from the hose backing up into drinking water. They suggested having this done especially after mentioning using a pressure washer and lawn sprays with the hose. After all said and done the faucet was fine and just needed a part from the local home improvement store. Chris was extremely knowlegeable and after our discussion he not only waved the consult fee but gave us two vacuum breakers to attach to our outdoor faucets! I was very impressed with the costomer service, it was clear they were not there to get my money but to provide their expert knowlege. This my second time using Rightway Plumbing and will not call anyone else. I was impressed and a little shocked by their level of costoner service. It can be very hard to find. John, the owner, and Dave came out to give a quote. They took so much time to go over even the smallest details and answered all of my questions. When Dave came to install the filter, he even removed a shower filter for me. This company prides itself on total honesty. They truly look out for your best interest, and not on how they can sell you the most expensive filter. Their price was half of everyone else that I had out to the house. I would, and have already recommended them to others.
