Chris and Thomas came out today to repair a sudden leak that appeared to be inside a wall. They called ahead and arrived early. Super nice guys. Murphy's law, the setup they found inside was not standard so they called around until they found the exact replacement part needed, retrieved it, and installed it. This extra effort and consideration on their part not only fixed the leak perfectly but also spared the wall on the back side of the problem by not cutting into it and thus avoided creating a much larger problem for me.
