I e-mailed Rocksteady on Saturday through their WebSite. Cameron and Scott we on site on Monday addressing my issue. They found the source of my problem, incorrect installation, and addressed it. High quality work and they left a clean worksite.

We had a water leak in our basement from our tankless water heater. I called rocksteady plumbing and they were fixing the problem within 45 minutes of the initial phone call. We had to pull the water heater out of the back storage room and set it up for a temporary use so that a restoration company can come demo some walls.
