Shawn called me 10 minutes before arriving to give me a heads up that he was on his way over. He got to my house asked/answered a few questions and worked quickly to do the install. I e-mailed Rocksteady on Saturday through their WebSite. Cameron and Scott we on site on Monday addressing my issue. They found the source of my problem, incorrect installation, and addressed it. High quality work and they left a clean worksite.

We had a water leak in our basement from our tankless water heater. I called rocksteady plumbing and they were fixing the problem within 45 minutes of the initial phone call.
