Arrived at the job to find water on the base of the toilet this was a wood floor so kind of a big deal. When I inspected the toilet, I found the bolts and nuts from the tank to bowl were leaking. They look to be in good condition so I turned it down and fix the problem

Installation of two new angle stops underneath the kitchen sink. Our customer tried to turn the water off to fix his kitchen sink, but broke the valve. We were able to replace it with no issues and our customer is happy.
