Keith was very professional in his approach to the project. He listened attentively to my previous attempts to clear the pipe and its route from the kitchen to the basement ceiling. He diagnosed and attached the motorized router and cleared the pipe. Total time less than 40 minutes. Excellent communication skills. A very pleasant experience.
