The pressure from all my faucets had significantly decreased in the last couple of weeks, and I thought I had a leak in my crawl space. A previous plumber had recommended the installation of a new prv, after checking crawlspace and finding nothing leaking. Donald looked at water meter, showed me that leak indicator showed no leak. He check aerators on faucets, all were clogged, with bathroom sink having most debris which he showed me. He also cleaned debris from shower. He was very knowledgeable, explained every thing, showed me problem, and got it all fixed! A wonderful experience from a great man! Plus of course at less price than prv installation. I recommend him highly.
