Damein Cope was only at my house to do a warranty check on the hot water heater but he ended up responding to two other plumbing concerns voiced by my wife. I'm very glad that this could all be taken care of at one time.

Landscaper broke 3feet if sewer pipe. Dustin was on site within 20 minutes of my call, assessed the repair, gave me a quote and then with my permission repaired the broken pipe. When he had to leave the site for a specialized tool, he called me when he was going to be a little late. Repair quality was quick and excellent.

I also called the company and gave this feedback. I've been a customer for some time. First the technician was awesome. Good, quality work. wore slip on's when entering house. Did a really good job. My issue is with the pricing. Tech was here for approx. 1 hr. Checked hose bid in garage and replaced some "guts" to a leaking faucet in master tub. Parts could not have been more than $20. my bill was around $260. That is crazy. This includes the $69 discount for points and, I believe, a 10% discount. Without that, it would have been approx. $100 more. This will cause me to look elsewhere for service.
