I also called the company and gave this feedback. I've been a customer for some time. First the technician was awesome. Good, quality work. wore slip on's when entering house. Did a really good job. My issue is with the pricing. Tech was here for approx. 1 hr. Checked hose bid in garage and replaced some "guts" to a leaking faucet in master tub. Parts could not have been more than $20. my bill was around $260. That is crazy. This includes the $69 discount for points and, I believe, a 10% discount. Without that, it would have been approx. $100 more. This will cause me to look elsewhere for service.
