We were very pleased with the level of service provided by Steven. He repaired the problem we originally called him for and then pointed out another serious problem for which we weren't aware. He went the extra mile for us when we inadvertantly ordered the wrong color toilet and came back later in the day to install the one we wanted. He was courteous, professional and a pleasure to work with. In addition we were very pleased with the speed our request for sevice was answered. We called on Thursdau and Dteven was here first thing on Friday. That was graet on your part.
