This should be the model for how all service calls should go. Tom Thomas was thorough, knowledgeable, empathetic, on time, and beyond patient as he answered my many questions and explained everything. He never acted annoyed, gender biased (e.g., "Do you want to discuss it with your husband first?"), or in a hurry, and was a stellar example of truly good, old-fashioned service. One of the best parts is that he (and the younger new guy who was with him- also very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional!) never acted like I was "just a woman" when speaking with me. I find it highly offensive when someone comes to service something and acts as though I won't understand anything "technical" simply because I'm female. However, I didn't get the slightest bit of this kind of treatment from these guys. They were absolutely respectful. What a refreshing experience. I'll definitely be recommending Secco/Pronto to everyone I know, and I'll be calling them for all my HVAC and plumbing needs moving forward!
