Arrived on time. Some delay getting right unit delivered to job site but remained on site til it arrived. Install went well. Little bit of “sticker shock” for the entire job but maybe I’m out of touch with today’s costs/rates! Second experience with Pronto (did a hit water heater & expansion tank a couple of years ago). Overall - “SATISFIED”.
